1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LogUI ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

LogUI grants you a limited license to access and use the Services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from LogUI without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use the Services to violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Engage in any activity that interferes with the proper functioning of the Services
• Use the Services for any commercial purpose without our explicit consent

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. LogUI makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. LogUI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LogUI, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if LogUI has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The total liability of LogUI shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the past 12 months.

5. User Accounts

When you create an account with LogUI, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. You agree not to create accounts using false or misleading information.

6. Payment Terms

LogUI offers a 7-day free trial for the Basic plan. To activate the trial, you must provide a valid credit card. Your credit card will be securely processed through Stripe. No charges will be made during the trial period unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.

After the trial period ends, your account will be downgraded to the free tier unless you upgrade to a paid plan. If you upgrade, you authorize us to charge your credit card for the subscription fee on a recurring basis according to the pricing plan you select. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but you are responsible for all charges incurred up to the cancellation date.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Services. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading malicious code or viruses
• Excessive resource consumption that affects other users
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
• Using the Services to store illegal content
• Automated scraping or harvesting of data without permission

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of LogUI or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to any logs or data you upload to LogUI. By uploading content, you grant LogUI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Services.

9. Termination

LogUI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you are in violation of these Terms or if you engage in illegal or harmful conduct. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LogUI operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

11. Changes to Terms

LogUI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
