No Refund Policy
LogUI operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made for any subscription plan, refunds are not available except as required by applicable law. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Free Plan
LogUI offers a Free plan at $0.00 per month for testing and evaluation purposes. The Free plan does not require a credit card and can be used indefinitely. No charges will ever be made for the Free plan.
2. Basic Plan Free Trial
LogUI offers a 7-day free trial for the Basic plan at no cost. To access the trial, you must provide a valid credit card information, which will be securely processed through Stripe for verification purposes only. No charges will be made during the trial period.
Important: Your trial will automatically expire after 7 days. At the end of the trial period, your credit card will be automatically charged and your account will be transitioned to a paid subscription plan. By providing your credit card information, you authorize this automatic charge at the end of the trial period.
If you wish to cancel your trial before the 7-day period ends, you can do so at any time from your account settings. You may still be required to provide payment information for account verification.
3. Paid Subscription Purchases
Once you purchase a paid subscription plan, all fees are non-refundable. This applies to:
- Monthly subscription charges
- Annual subscription charges
- Any additional features or add-ons purchased
- Prepaid credits or packages
Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused features during your subscription period.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation can be completed through the dashboard without contacting support. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, but you will not be charged for future billing periods.
No refunds will be issued for the remaining balance of your subscription period when you cancel, even if you cancel before the period ends.
5. Billing Issues and Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or have a billing dispute, please contact us immediately at ab@zexware.com with details of the issue. We will investigate your claim and may issue a credit to your account if we determine a billing error has occurred.
Billing disputes must be reported within 30 days of the charge. Disputes reported after this period may not be eligible for resolution.
6. Service Credit and Compensation
In cases where LogUI experiences extended service downtime or outages that are not caused by events outside our control, we may issue service credits to your account at our sole discretion. Service credits are not equivalent to refunds and must be used for future subscription payments.
Service credits cannot be converted to cash or refunded.
7. Stripe Payment Processor
All payments for LogUI are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. Your credit card information is handled according to Stripe's privacy and security practices. In the event of payment processing errors, please contact Stripe directly as they manage the transaction processing.
Refund requests related to payment processing must be submitted to Stripe directly. LogUI cannot process refunds through Stripe on your behalf.
8. Legal Exceptions
Notwithstanding this no-refund policy, refunds may be issued if required by applicable law, regulation, or court order. In such cases, refunds will be processed within the timeframe required by law.
